Our process for house soft washing
From the moment you call, you'll work with one dedicated project lead — no call-center handoffs. Our crew arrives in a marked truck, in uniform, with everything required to complete the job in a single visit.
- 1. On-site walkthrough. We confirm scope, identify problem areas, and protect landscaping and outdoor furniture.
- 2. Application. Surface-specific detergents are applied at the correct dwell time — the most important step almost everyone skips.
- 3. Low-pressure rinse. A controlled rinse removes contaminants without driving water under siding, into vents, or beneath flashing.
- 4. Final inspection. We walk it with you. Anything you'd like touched up gets touched up before we pack up.
